Unavailable Items

While we make every effort to fulfil your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via email if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered. Any changes will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice. If we are in a position to reorder we will notify you along with an approximate time frame that it may take to come in. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Beadz by Lee wants you to be happy with your purchase. Should you receive damaged or faulty products, you are requested to contact Beadz by Lee within 3 days of receiving your delivery to arrange a replacement item. Contact should be made with Beadz by Lee by sending an email to info@beadzbylee.com.  You will be requested to send back the damaged or faulty product prior to a replacement being dispatched.

Shipping Information

We aim for next day shipping on all items.  For security purposes and as a protection to our customers Beadz by Lee reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect billing information in which you will not be charged.
